Light Beings

We are light beings in a rainbow universe. We are atoms of pure energy on different unique frequencies. Colours that are so tightly knit together that transform into matter. We are light that we can touch. We are touching and seeing rainbows everywhere.
We’re just rainbows of light.
You are the creator experiencing itself. You are the vast universe from within. You are limitless so you created limits to experience the opposite. To continuously discover yourself as you push your own limits to only find that there are no limits as a magnificent unending creator.

Meditation:

As you look at the picture for a few minutes, find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Find where your body ends and your seat begins. Feel your breath in and out of your body.
Feel the air around you as part of you. Feel how you become as big as the room, then the house, then the hill, then the country. The whole earth. Everything is part of you. You are the universe.
As you feel ever expanding, think of one of your wishes. You can now bring anything into the physical. Feel the feelings of receiving and feel it coming. It is yours. As you slowly come back into your body, fill your heart with love. You are abundant. You are the universe. All is yours.
