I don’t know about you, but I was definitely sick and tired of my rather short experience of being fat and having lost my fit body. I felt hopeless and old, and not being able to move freely was contributing to my behavior as a worse mother. Then, I just decided who I am going to be for the rest of my life. Having a happy & fit body is part of the identity I want to live from.
