I’m Getting My Body Back

I don’t know about you, but I was definitely sick and tired of my rather short experience of being fat and having lost my fit body. I felt hopeless and old, and not being able to move freely was contributing to my behaviour as a worse mother. Then, I just decided who I am going to be for the rest of my life. Living through a happy body was part of the new identity I was trying to achieve.

Alignment in Fitness

Whether you feel that pregnancy “ruined” your body because you were once satisfied with how you looked, or maybe your body was never truly optimized to begin with — let me shift your perspective on how a fit body elevates the mother you can become.

You may already know this by now:

a fit, energized body changes the way you see the world.

Your body is the main way you receive feedback from reality — through your eyes, your skin, your movement, your sensations.

When your body tells you it feels great, your entire perception of life becomes brighter.

And there’s more: a strong, healthy body raises your frequency, turning you into a clearer antenna for ideas, insights, and intuition — the messages the universe is constantly trying to co-create with you.

Fitness isn’t “just movement.”

It’s deeply connected to nutrition aligned with your biological cycle.

Whether we’re talking about the feminine cycle or the masculine cycle, the differences matter — they don’t overlap, and what works wonderfully for one sex may not support the other.

Fitness, nutrition, hormones, energy — everything depends on the time of day and the phase of the month.

Let me break it down for you inside the “I’m getting my body back” category.
