What does it mean to align yourself when it comes to your baby’s health?

Well… there are quite a few programmings to release here.

Because what you think tends to become true.

And what you speak tends to become true even faster.

Start by checking what you believe.

Do you believe that babies have the weakest immune system?

Is that actually true?

Do you believe that babies get sick very quickly and very often?

Is that true for every child?

And most importantly — do you want it to be true for your child?

Just because you see something happening to all your friends’ children doesn’t mean you have to accept it as your reality.

I didn’t.

And it can be done.

With my children, we only had a few symptoms here and there that disappeared quickly once I began understanding the link between:

• what the child lived emotionally

• and the behavior or symptom that appeared immediately after

When you become conscious of the cause, you can help the symptom or behavior dissolve surprisingly fast — simply by seeing it, naming it, and explaining it.

This method requires a single belief:

that people have souls, and our bodies reflect what our souls experience.
