What is painless birth?
It’s the only type of birth that can be painless from start to finish.
It usually starts with some nice smelling leaks of amniotic fluid, a jelly cork or just a mild sensation like your period is going to come.
It’s never like in the movies where they altered the birth process so much and implanted so much fear into people. That the general belief has become that birth is painful and so intense from the first second. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I have birthed 3 times, in private hospital context and at home, and the experience of the feeling of birth is peaceful, relaxed, easy, flowing, and gradual. But the graduality is delicate. At least, this is how I created the experience of birth for myself. This is what I wanted, this is what I worked for, and this is what I got.
If you have a least a month before your due date (know that the normal average is 41 weeks and 3 days going up to 43 weeks and not just 40) that you have time to work on yourself and create your desired outcome. I have written all the detailed steps on how to get to a painless birth in my ebook, but here are some important things to know:.
What you believe you will live. What are your beliefs/opinions/current stories about birth?
Check them, write them down. This is where you will work on. Turn each one into positive.
What are your fears? Your fears show you what you lack knowledge of. Read every fear out of you.
The most important thing is to chose a place you know and trust.
It’s not all. Read my other articles or check out the detailed e-book Change Your Mind About Birth
