What do I do after child leave?
How do I find my passion?

While raising three babies, I kept wondering what I would do afterward, career-wise, because… going back to a corporation wasn’t an option for me. I always felt like my soul was dying there.
After the babies grew a bit, around the time my third turned one, I started planning my life from this perspective, career-wise, which was the biggest question mark for me. During all those years, I watched different podcasts about how to find your passion… your direction, and more… basically, how to figure out your life’s mission. Why I came here… to Earth. I wanted to understand that too.
What are you good at?
And one big question was: okay, what are you actually good at? What topic have you always come back to in this life, the one you’ve always loved talking about?
For me, there were many. So many hobbies I went through… sewing, making my own skirts, then fabric flowers for bridal bouquets, then scrapbooking, crocheting… toys, birth and how to have a beautiful birth, then back again to sewing… making T-shirts and little dresses for my kids. But still, two big themes were always part of my life: manifestation and home fitness.
Okay. I told myself that my passion for home workouts has been there for a long time, since 2010, and I can inspire others too, especially since I can show how I lost 30 kg after having 3 babies back to back.
At the same time, I can talk about inner experiences and how symptoms and behaviors are direct results of what we feel, and how to heal your children, yourself, and others very quickly. And that was a huge chapter in my life.
Then another transformation followed… I wasn’t satisfied with the mother I had discovered in myself. And I wanted to share the steps I went through to rebuild myself as a mother and truly feel good about who I am.
But something that was there even earlier in my life… was manifestation. But not just that… it was the deeper desire to understand this universe and life itself. So it’s a subject I’ve always studied through books and always applied in my own life. And I keep coming back to it. And I always structure my life around certain pillars, sometimes even automatically, because many of the foundations of conscious creation were already within me.
So the first question was: “What topic have you always come back to in this life and always loved talking about?” And for me, there were too many… and I didn’t know what to choose. And that kept me feeling lost for many years, because I love all of them.
We are not born with a mission. We choose it. Anytime.
The second big realization was that we’re not necessarily born with a fixed mission… you can choose it. You decide what it is. And not only that, you can change it. So it’s not something permanent that you’ll be stuck with, thinking “what if I choose wrong?” and ruin your life.
No choice is wrong, because you learn something from it and more than that, every path comes with both advantages and disadvantages, with positive and negative emotions. It’s not like you choose something “perfect” and everything is only beautiful. That doesn’t exist.
A passion.
The third lesson was that it has to be a passion. This way… the chances of getting bored with it are much lower. And the chances of building something big from it become very high.
So what am I building? I started in January 2023… and like I said… I didn’t know exactly which direction to go. I started with a failed dropshipping attempt, I built everything in 2–3 weeks, with a lot of frustration because of constant interruptions. I chose to stop everything because I didn’t like the version of myself as a mother. I postponed it.
But I chose to move. To start. To build, and keep building. Blending Rainbows can be anything. I can change its meaning anytime. And in January 2024, it became what you see today.
Even if I built it wrong. Even if… some things were done for nothing. Everything brought… you know what? Skills. Understanding. And clarity. More and more clarity.
Movement brings clarity.
So there’s no point in staying still and just asking yourself what you’re going to do, what you should choose. Choose something and move. And that thing you’re waiting for… the phase where you already have everything clear, all the steps fully thought through, studied, and written down before you begin… it doesn’t exist.
You can only see the next steps and structure those. And yes, you need a north star. A target to move toward. But even that can change. And more importantly… there are countless paths that can lead you there. There isn’t just one fixed road.
The North Star
The fourth big discovery was this: the North Star. Something big. Not necessarily realistic. There’s a reason people say “dream big or go home.” So, something to move toward. For me, it was to appear on a podcast. Stupid? Maybe. But I knew I liked podcasts, I liked the people there, how they speak, and the value they bring. And I thought… fine, let this be it. I needed to force myself to choose something so I could move.
How would I get there? Or whether I’d ever get there? I didn’t know that in the summer of 2023. Even now, I can’t say I fully know, but the difference is that now, in 2026… I believe it’s possible. It feels more attainable.
Through movement, you discover who you are. And… you discover the structure that fits you. Because you build it… brick by brick… from within. And sometimes… only at the end, or close to it… do you realize what you’ve created.
Like a blank page… you don’t know what you want to draw. But you start scribbling. And at some point, it takes shape…
It’s the same with every category of life. In some… we know exactly what we want, but in others… it’s empty.
For me… career was empty… and I decided it was its turn.
What did I choose in the end? Manifestation. Why? Because my entire life has been built on it.
To have a desire and work toward it… that is manifestation. To bring into alignment your subconscious, mind, brain, thoughts, emotions, actions, expectations, and results… that is manifestation. To have everything moving in the direction of your desire. And the desire… is the hardest part to find.
(Yes, I went through many passions — from years of loving nail polish and nails, to cutting wood and building playgrounds…
And ironically, my profession is… landscape engineer. And I’ve become… an architect of inner human landscapes.)
Blending Rainbows is what each of us does. We blend the spectrum of light in different forms. We are light, playing with colors. Atoms are, after all, particles of light…
