How Important is Food?

What to put in your body also matters as if you want the best working machine, then you need to feed it the right fuel. What comes directly from nature is good. What has been transformed and altered by humans is not as good. Eg.: bread, pasta, oils, sugar. Of coarse you can still have some beliefs and still appear to be healthy, but you cannot achieve highest performance.

Legumes, fruits and meat, raw, cooked by steam, boiled, grilled, are the perfect fuel.
Now, as not every human is the same, even though we’ve got the same machinery, the soul is who decides what you can put in your body in this lifetime. It all breaks down to what conflicts/traumas/socks you had during your life and with what food that has been associated with. You can heal that by finding the causes of your intolerances and allergies. Or just stay away from those and create your own unique diet.

Of coarse, your beliefs also carry half the weight. 
For example, you can take on the battle of being a vegetarian but your body is breaking down because it needs meat. Or being vegan but you really miss cooked food. Check on your beliefs and act upon them or alter them to be in your favor.
You can go through any diet invented on this planet, but it might not be suited for you, as you are unique and your filters and experiences are widely different. 
Also, it might not be just about the food, as your weight is there to protect you from some emotional trauma or ongoing conflict.
