How important it is to move?
The body’s primary function is to move. It feels amazing when it does its job. It will appreciate you for taking care of it like this. It will make you feel amazing by sending endorphins your way. Just move. Find a movement that you prefer and just do it every day. If you don’t like to practice the same movement every day, switch it up.
There are so many types of sports out there that it’s impossible to not find something you would love. Or several. If you are not sure with what to start, look at the types of bodies that are sculpted depending on the sport they practice. Go out and try a few courses. Or get out in the park and try some running, skipping, walking, calisthenics. Just do it for this specific reason. Walking a few miles to work every day but not putting in the belief that that will keep your body healthy and fit, will not do it.
You must have a ritual on moving with the intent of being healthy and fit.
If you prefer the indoors, ask yourself why first to find out any unfavorable belief, if not, that is amazing, as this does not stop your from moving. If you tried the gym and did not get to like it, or if you’re a fresh mom, try home workouts.
The variety is infinite. Cardio, HIIT, Tabata, functional training, strength training. Not to mention all the interesting equipment you can use to spice up any period of time. Don’t get me started on the amazing workout clothes that exist and you can use as your reward system.
Giving your mind a focus too
is amazing, so it won’t run around in all directions.
Listen to positive affirmations or make your own and repeat them in your mind or out loud. Make affirmations in any area of your life that you need improvement on.
Give a command to your mind
to bring a solution for something. Being in movement powers on your creative thinking and brings you closer to your spirit and you can download inspired ideas or actions.

Practice being in the moment
and release your mind off all thoughts. See them come in and release them. Be the observer of your thoughts and say pass. Imagine swiping them to the left. Focus on the movements and be into your body. Being in your body brings your focus into the present moment. Connect with the beautiful machinery that you have and feel the motion, the mechanisms that work together to make that whole movement.
Imagine yourself in your ideal body and feel it.
Feel the feelings associated with being in your perfect body. How many reps would your ideal body be capable of?
Compare yourself with your previous version
from last month. Because your own body may not be what you prefer in others as a mating body. See if this is the reason why you don’t like your body and check your beliefs that you are programmed with from society.
