Drinking enough water every day is important but how much is needed really? Going to the bathroom every 5 minutes does not sound good. If you are not drinking anything but still go to the bathroom every 5 minutes than you are living a territory conflict. Really, there is no need to go to the doctor because your mother-in-law came to visit. .
You decide how much water is enough for you. Of coarse, you can see what your beliefs are here also. Check and decide what is good for you. Make experiments on how much water you can drink and increase your water intake over the course of a few days if you believe water is important and how many liters you want to get to drink every day.
You can do a water cleanse whenever you feel the need to. If you believe that 5 liters of water a day will bring you health benefits and especially clean your skin, and lose the extra weight, than do that. But you could choose to have that same belief with only 2 liters a day. If you believe drinking more water will bring your weight down, do it.
Other types of liquids are not good for you. Exaggerating in anything is still called exaggerating. Any exaggeration is not good, no matter what it is.
The body is capable of washing itself on the inside but putting too much in that needs cleaning, too often, is damaging the mechanics.
Just like a car that runs only on a single type of gas, you cannot put anything else inside of it, otherwise it will break down. The body is smarter than that. It can clean itself but insisting on damaging the organs, will finally break it down.
Do you want a body that runs most efficiently so that you can have the most amazing life? Then choose only water. You will have a powerful machine that runs on its highest potential and the best brain that will make your thoughts reality. It’s as simple as that.
