Birth is not only hard and painful.

There are many possible realities — and every woman can create her own experience.

Birth doesn’t have a single label.

It’s a spectrum of experiences — and when you shift your beliefs and prepare your body and mind, you can choose a birth that is gentle, simple, and even filled with bliss.

If you don’t know who this lovely old lady is, let me tell you: she’s Ina May, the author of the best birth book out there.

Cryptic Birth

Cryptic pregnancies happen when a pregnancy goes completely unnoticed.

The family in the video below appeared on TV after the woman gave birth while on vacation in Canada, without knowing she was pregnant. She went to the bathroom… and came out with a baby. And this wasn’t even her first child.

That’s how incredibly easy pregnancy and birth can sometimes be.
