Let’s change our beliefs

The observation of the thoughts is the first step in changing them.

As I explain in Aware Life Design, to have a beautiful life, beliefs need to be aligned with the desires.

I mean, you can’t meet your Prince Charming if you think he does not exist, that no one is to your liking, that all the good men are taken, that after 30 years of age, there are so few fish left in the pond.

These are energies (the wish versus the beliefs) that pull in opposite directions. Aligning them is to change your beliefs into:

“There is the perfect person for me,”

“There are a lot of men to my liking,”

“I am meeting them everywhere I go,”

“After 30 the pond is as big as at 20’s.”

Then, these new beliefs you are trying to install, need to be repeated daily and the actions taken aligned to your new beliefs.

When you observe that you have talked in your mind negative thoughts and you are drawn to the old beliefs, correct them with the new ones.

It’s ok if you fall into the old beliefs from time to time, especially when you’re transitioning. Their complete change takes a while. Time and dedication is required. Awareness as well.

I recommend a digital or physical journal where you write all your beliefs, opinions, certainties about a certain subject that you would like to change in your life, then change your negative or unfavourable beliefs into positive and aligned beliefs, even if you don’t believe them at first, even if it seems weird, or even if no one else you know believes in such matters. Just repeat the new beliefs every day by reading them, recording them and listening to them every night when falling asleep.

The only difference between people is the bunch of beliefs each of one of us has.

This is shaping life in the show we can see.

We have many good beliefs, but we also have a lot of bad ones. I am referring as bad the ones that do not serve us. That lies life at our feet in a way we are not content with.

I wonder how many of us are really aware that every thought creates? That every thought comes from a certain belief.

How do the following beliefs serve you?

“After 35 years of age pregnancy is a risc.”

“I have time only until 35 to have kids.”

“After 30 years of age it is hard to find an ideal partener.”

“After a certain age only those with major behaviour problems are left.”

“Births only takes place at the hospital.”

“Birth hurts.”

“To be old means illness and pills, to have a body that barely moves and every part aches.”

“To get out of the house I have to put makeup on”
