You can change your body aspect by practicing some type of sport.
You can change your body by repairing certain aspects of it, like moles, sparse hair, white hair too young, by finding the cause whether this is in your life, or in the life of your parents and passed on through DNA. (Check your beliefs here also because boldness can be repaired also by changing your belief from “boldness” is passed on to “my father was bold because of some conflict that is not mine”, boldness is not necessarily passed down through DNA if you don’t believe it is).
Belief is everything. Belief is what creates your reality.
You can change your body like breasts, wrinkles, vagina, an aspect of something in particular by looking at your beliefs. Turn what you thought is’s impossible into possible.
And also by practicing certain rituals that do no more than to bring focused awareness on change, on achieving the final results. You are basically changing your DNA. What you think matters. You can even heal the most horrible illnesses with the power of thought and positive thinking. If you also add the understanding of the cause, recovery is inevitable.
You can
change your breasts by massaging every day
twice a day even, morning and evening, depending on how fast you want results. Use an oil, cream or anything you believe in. It does not matter if it’s expensive or cheap, it must be one you like and makes you feel that it is working.
Keep in mind that
skin changes every 28-31 days on average on young adults and up to 50 days on elderly adults.
Your bones change completely every 7 years. So, work with the natural rhythm of your body and your belieeefs. You can totally hack this and obtain faster results but your belief must be golden.
Add vizualisations about the perfect breasts.
Print some images and hang them where you would see them every day. Feel yourself with those breasts and engage the feelings associated with having those breasts now.
Add affirmations
that you can repeat every day while massaging or into your morning meditation practice upon waking up or before going to sleep: “I have the perfect breasts. My breasts are full, round and x size. I feel amazing with these breasts.” Make your own affirmations only with positive words, no negations.
Add some action:
Look for the types of bras you would wear, save as favourites, or buy a pair in a smaller or bigger size, depending on your desired results.
Write about, describe and save images of your perfect breasts
in your AWARE LIFE DESIGN journal that you are working on.
Personal Note:
do it for you, not for anybody else.
I recommend naturally modifying your breasts especially after breastfeeding.
If you have not breastfed yet, wait and see that big boobs are not comfortable at all and make for a lower quality of movement. If you just want bigger breasts, find out why. It is because of society that tells you that men prefer that? Check your beliefs on this category and repair them to be in your favor and enhance your quality of life.
