What is painless birth delivery?

The delivery part is the expulsion. The moment when your baby actually gets out, in usually, two contractions, a few minutes apart. First, the head pops out, then the whole body. This is the most amazing part of the birth process, as it does not have any pain associated with it, the shortest, and the most easy. And the most satisfactory. If unhindered.

What does unhindered mean?

In a familiar, safe place (visit the room before giving birth),
That you feel safe in this vulnerable moment,
With people you trust and you feel they want what’s best for you, not for them,
Without any medication,
In a natural, easy birthing position, not on your back,
With no unfamiliar eyes onto you,
Without so many strangers on the scene,
That you receive the baby in your arms,
That you get to look at your baby, lock eyes and fall in love, (at the peak of your hormones in your entire life - this is like the happiest moment you will experience in your lifetime, look it up, then it all goes to normal levels). Please make sure that they don’t rob this critical moment from you, as this is the love that you will carry through your baby’s whole life. This love will make you will feel connected to this new person, and make you want to be the best mother version of yourself later on.
